T-Shirt Printing Quality
For short-term events, lighter shirts can be fine. People want comfort and decent print, but they’re not expecting industrial durability. Different expectations.
Print methods vary too. Screen printing is great for larger quantities with simple designs. It’s cost-effective once you’re doing volume. Vinyl printing suits smaller runs or names and numbers on sports gear. Digital transfer works well for detailed or colourful designs in lower quantities. There isn’t one “best” method. It depends on quantity, artwork, and budget. We can advise.
Sizing is another area people underestimate. Ordering all mediums sounds tidy until half the group needs large or extra large. If it’s for a team or staff, get sizes confirmed properly. Saves hassle later. We’ve seen the panic when shirts arrive and nobody fits them.
